• December 20, 2001, Notice of Public Hearing, This hearing is being held to receive evidence that will assist the State Water Resources Control Board in determining whether to approve the joint petition of the Imperial Irrigation District (IID) and the San Diego County Water Authority (SDCWA) for approval of a long-term transfer of conserved water from IID to SDCWA pursuant to an agreement between IID and SDCWA.
• October 15, 2001, Notice of Public Workshop, The State Water Resources Control Board is seeking comment and discussion on the following subjects: (1) what is the current status of existing programs designed to improve the natural production of chinook salmon within the Central Valley watershed, and (2) what additional actions, if any, should the SWRCB undertake to achieve a doubling of natural production of chinook salmon from the average production of the 1967 to 1991 period?

• July 12, 2001, Notice of Public Hearing, This hearing is scheduled to receive evidence on whether WR Order 2001-04-DWR should be modified to accomplish the objective stated in Condition 6 of Order WR 95-10 (as modified by Order WR 98-04), and, if so, how the Order should be modified.
• January 25, 2001, Cancellation of Hearing, specified that the State Water Resources Control Board would receive the FEIR in evidence as SWRCB Exhibit 2b unless the SWRCB received written objections from parties in the hearing, with supporting evidence, by 4:00pm, January 24, 2001.
• January 16, 2000, Supplement Notice of Resumption of Public Hearing, State Water Resources Control Board may reconvene the water right hearing on the Delta Wetlands (DW) Project to receive evidence on whether to accept in evidence the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the DW Project.
