- November 22, 2005 – Notice of Public Hearing: The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a Hearing To Consider A Petitioned Request Made by Yuba County Water Agency to Extend the Interim Instream Flow Requirements Under Revised Decision 1644, Involving Water Right Permits 15026, 15027 and 15030 (Applications 5632, 15204 and 15574) of Yuba County Water Agency.
- October 5, 2005 – Notice of Public Workshop – The State Water Board will hold a public workshop to receive progress reports from the Monterey County Water Resources Agency and the Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency regarding their efforts to control seawater intrusion into the groundwater aquifers in the Salinas Valley and Pajaro Valley.
- September 23, 2005 – Revised Notice of Public Hearing – The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a Hearing to: (1) Determine Whether to Adopt Draft Cease and Desist Orders against the United States Bureau of Reclamation and California Department of Water Resources and (2) 2. - September 19, 2005 – Notice of Public Hearing: The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a Hearing to Determine Whether to Issue An Order Consistent with Draft Cease and Desist Order No. 262.31-18 and Whether to Impose Administrative Civil Liability as Proposed in Administrative Civil Liability Complaint No. 262.5-40 against Lake Arrowhead Community Services District - Little Bear Creek Tributary to Deep Creek thence Mojave River San Bernardino County
