• December 11, 2006 – Notice of Public Hearing – State Water Resources Control Board held a hearing on Proposed Revocation of Permit 19873 (Application 28480) of the City of Rio Vista Sacramento River in Solano County.
• December 4, 2006 – Notice of Cancellation of Pubic Hearing – State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) has cancelled the Public Water Right Hearing to Consider a Petition by Yuba County Water Agency to Change the Effective Date of the Long-Term Instream Flow Requirements Established in Revised Decision 1644 Involving Water Right Permits 15026, 15027 and 15030 (Applications 5632, 15204 and 15574) of Yuba County Water Agency Affecting the Lower Yuba River in Yuba County.
• October 17, 2006 – Notice of Public Workshop – State Water Board’s  Division of Water Rights (Division) held a staff workshop regarding the development of eWRIMS, a new water rights software program in the early developmental stages.  Division staff members and consultants assigned to the eWRIMS project will be present to answer questions and receive feedback regarding what information and features the stakeholders would like to see included in the system.
• October 4, 2006 – Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing – State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) has canceled the Public Water Right Hearing on Applications 30325, 30326, 31043 and 31047 of Tejon Ranchcorp to appropriate water from Tejon and El Paso Creeks in Kern County.
• September 22, 2006 – Notice of Public Hearing and Notice of Change Petition – State Water Resources Control Board held a hearing to consider a petition by Yuba County Water Agency to change the effective date of the long-term instream flow requirements established in Revised Decision 1644 - Lower Yuba River in Yuba County.
