October 1, 2007 – Changes to Notice of Public Hearing and Pre-Hearing Conference: The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) will hold a Hearing to Consider Yuba County Water Agency’s (YCWA) Petition to Modify Water Right Permits 15026, 15027 and 15030 (Applications 5632, 15204 and 15574), and Petition for Long-Term Transfer of up to 200,000 Acre-Feet of Water per year from YCWA to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) and the United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) under Permit 10506 (Application 5632).
September 18, 2007 – Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing: The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) has canceled the Public Water Right Hearing to Consider Monterey Peninsula Water Management District’s (MPWMD) Petitions to Change Permits 7130B and 20808 (Applications 11674B and 27614)

May 3, 2007 – Revised Notice of Public Workshop: The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) will hear comments that will inform its policy direction on water right enforcement, including enforcement for violation of water right permit terms and conditions and for unauthorized diversion or use of water
April 16, 2007 – Notice of Public Hearing and Prehearing Conference – The State Water Board will hold a hearing to determine whether to reconsider Order WR 2006-0018-DWR denying North San Joaquin Water Conservation District’s Petition for Extension of Time: Permit 10477 (Application 12842): Mokelumne River in San Joaquin County.
April 16, 2007 – Notice of Public Hearing and Prehearing Conference: The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a hearing to determine whether to issue an order consistent with a proposed Cease and Desist Order regarding unauthorized diversion of water and whether to impose administrative civil liability as proposed in Administrative Civil Liability Complaint No. 262.5-46. Both proposed actions are against North San Joaquin Water Conservation District: Permit 10477 (Application 12842): Mokelumne River in San Joaquin County.
March 1, 2007 – Revised Notice of Public Hearing and Pre-Hearing Conference: The State Water Board intends to conduct an evidentiary hearing on the following pending water right applications and wastewater change petition: (1) Applications 31165 and 31370, for the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District and Western Municipal Water District of Riverside County (Muni/Western); 31174, for Orange County Water District; 31369, for the Chino Basin Watermaster; 31371, for San Bernardino Valley Water Conservation District; and 31372, for the City of Riverside; and 2) Wastewater Change Petition No. WW-0045 for the City of Riverside’s RWQCP.
