  • December 20, 2010 - Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence to be considered in determining whether it should conditionally approve Application 30166 submitted by James J. Hill III for El Sur Ranch (Ranch) - Big Sur River in Monterey County.
  • November 5, 2010 - Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board or Board) intends to conduct an evidentiary hearing on the pending water right applications: Application 30358A, Davis and UCD, and Application 30358B, City of Woodland.
  • September 20, 2010 - Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing - The State Water Board scheduled and cancelled a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to adopt, with or without revision, a draft Cease and Desist Order (CDO) and an Administrative Civil Liability Complaint (ACL Complaint) issued on June 10, 2008 against Garrapata Water Company, Inc. (GWC).
  • July 23, 2010 - Notice of Continuation of Public Hearing - The State Water Board will continue the May 5, 2010 Dunkel CDO Hearing for the limited purpose of reopening the administrative record in order for the State Water Board to receive additional evidence relevant to the Dunkels’ claim to hold riparian water rights. - Middle River in San Joaquin County

  • March 17, 2010 – Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing – The State Water Board has cancelled the previously postponed hearing scheduled to receive evidence relevant to determining whether License 1381 (Application 301) held by West Side Irrigation District (Licensee) should be partially revoked.
  • March 15, 2010 - Revised Notice of Russian River Frost Protection Working Group Meetings - The State Water Resources Control Board has issued this revised notice containing a change in room location for the meetings originally scheduled for the Coastal Hearing Room. The meeting on Thursday, March 18, will now be held in Training Room 2 East/West and the meeting for Tuesday, March 30, will be held in Conference Room 1410.
  • February 18, 2010 - Notice of Public Hearings - The State Water Board will hold four separate hearings to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to adopt, with or without revision, a draft cease and desist order (CDO) against: (1) Gallo Vineyards, Inc.; (2) Mark and Valla Dunkel; (3) Rudy Mussi, Toni Mussi and Lory C. Mussi Investment LP; and (4) Yong Pak and Sun Young.
  • January 29, 2010 - Notice of Postponement of Public Hearing - The State Water Board has postponed the hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether Permits 18257, 19159, 19160 and 19161 (Applications 25917, 27087, 27088 and 27089), assigned to B. J. Deis, A California Corporation (B. J. Deis or Permittee), should be revoked - Willow Creek tributary to Susan River in Lassen County
  • January 29, 2010 - Notice of Postponement of Public Hearing - The State Water Board has postponed the hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to adopt, with or without revision, a draft Cease and Desist Order (CDO) and an Administrative Civil Liability Complaint (ACL Complaint) issued on June 10, 2008 against Garrapata Water Company, Inc.
