A Resolution Delegating Certain Powers Of This Regional Board To The Executive Officer

Cleanup and Abatement Order for Palmilla, LLC and Dendy Real Estate and Investment Co., Inc. Developer failed to file report of waste discharge and Clean Water Act section 401 Water Quality Certification application at the 14 acre commercial development project at the northwest corner of Jackson Ave. and Nutmeg St., Murrieta, California. The CAO contains the following Directives:

  1. Cleanup and abate the effects of the unauthorized discharge;
  2. Comply with the requirements of the statewide General Construction Storm Water Permit;
  3. Restore no less than 1,045 linear feet of wetlands/waters of the State;
  4. Provide no less than 0.5 acres of off-site waters of the State; and
  5. Submit a report documenting that all these actions have been completed.

Resolution amending the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Diego Basin (9) to add unnamed or unidentified waterbodies to the beneficial use tables and make water quality objective table corrections (Basin Plan Issue No. 3).
