Workshop on CIWQS eSMR Program and San Francisco Bay Regional Water Board’s Electronic Spill Reporting Requirements

• State Water Board and Regional Water Board staff will be holding a Public Workshop on May 16, 2008. The purpose of this workshop is twofold: (1) State Water Board staff will provide Region 2 NPDES Permit holders with an update on the future of its electronic self-monitoring reporting program; and (2) Regional Water Board staff will summarize and answer any questions about our new electronic reporting requirements for spills. This will involve going over the requirements that are described in the Regional Water Board's May 1, 2008, letter.
