General NPDES Permit Renewal

• Tentative Order R8-2013-0001 - The April 29, 2013 draft of the Tentative General Waste Discharge Requirements for Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (Dairies and Related Facilities) Within the Santa Ana Region, NPDES No. CAG018001 is now available for public review and comments (see link below).   Written comments on the April 29, 2013 draft permit will be accepted until the close of business on May 29, 2013.  Please submit your comments to Stephen D. Mayville or by mail. This item is scheduled for the Board’s consideration at its June 7, 2013 meeting.
