• Stipulation to Continue the Hearing on Applications for Stay of Administrative Decision Filed by Petitioners Emhart Industries, Inc. et al, Goodrich Corporation, and Pyro Spectaculars, Inc. - The continuance permits the parties to the lawsuit (Regional Board Advocacy Team, Goodrich Corporation, Emhart Industries, Inc., and Pyro Spectaculars, Inc.) to conduct settlement negotiations concerning the environmental claims underlying the lawsuit.  Settlement negotiations are confidential to facilitate open discussions.
