• December 22, 2009 - Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether Permits 18257, 19159, 19160 and 19161 (Applications 25917, 27087, 27088 and 27089), assigned to B. J. Deis, A California Corporation (B. J. Deis or Permittee), should be revoked - Willow Creek tributary to Susan River in Lassen County
• December 15, 2009 - Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to adopt, with or without revision, a draft Cease and Desist Order (CDO) and an Administrative Civil Liability Complaint (ACL Complaint) issued on June 10, 2008 against Garrapata Water Company, Inc. (GWC) - Garrapata Creek in Monterey County.
• December 8, 2009 - Revised Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Board has rescheduled the Hearing  to receive evidence relevant to determine: (1) whether a waste and unreasonable use (misuse) of water exists at the Hidden Lakes Estates Homeowners Association’s (Association) northern lake; and (2) if so, what corrective actions the Board should require the Association to take, in accordance with what time schedule, to prevent the continued misuse of water.
• December 2, 2009 - Notice of Postponement of Public Hearing - The State Water Board postponed the hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to adopt the proposed partial revocation ofof License 1381 (Application 301) held by West Side Irrigation District.
• November 4, 2009 - Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determine: (1) whether a waste and unreasonable use (misuse) of water exists at the Hidden Lakes Estates Homeowners Association’s (Association) northern lake; and (2) if so, what corrective actions the Board should require the Association to take, in accordance with what time schedule, to prevent the continued misuse of water.
• November 2, 2009 - Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether License 1381 (Application 301) held by West Side Irrigation District (Licensee) should be partially revoked.
• October 27, 2009 - Notice of Public Workshop - The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a Public Workshop to Consider Recommendations for Actions regarding Water Diversions for Purposes of Frost Protection in Mendocino and Sonoma Counties.
• September 9, 2009 - Notice of Public Workshop - The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a Workshop to Receive Comments regarding a Draft Decision Partially Approving Applications 31165 and 31370 by San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District and Western Municipal Water District (Muni/Western) from Bear Creek, Breakneck Creek, Keller Creek, Alder Creek and the Santa Ana River in San Bernardino County.
• September 3, 2009 - Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to adopt, with or without revision, a draft Cease and Desist Order (CDO) against Thomas Hill, Steven Gomes, and Millview County Water District. - Russian River and Russian River Underflow in Mendocino County.
• August 24, 2009 - Notice of Public Hearing and Pre-Hearing Conference – The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence regarding petitions to revise the Declaration of Fully Appropriated Stream Systems for the Kern River stream system
• August 13, 2009 - Notice of Public Workshop - The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a workshop on September 2, 2009 to receive comments regarding a Draft Cease and Desist Order against California American Water for the Unauthorized Diversion and Use of Water from the Carmel River in Monterey County
• July 15, 2009 - Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing - The State Water Board canceled the Public Hearing to consider the proposed revocation of Permits 16164 and 16165 held by Emmerson Investment, Inc.
• July 15, 2009 - Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing - The State Water Board canceled the Public Hearing to consider whether to Adopt a Cease and Desist Order and Impose an Administrative Civil Liability Complaint against North Gualala Water Company.
• July 8, 2009 - Notice of Rescheduling of Public Hearing - Emmerson Investment, Inc. Revocation Hearing. The hearing, which was previously scheduled to commence at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, July 20, 2009, as been rescheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 in the Coastal Hearing Room

• May 29, 2009 – Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether Permits 19164 and 19165 (Applications 26306 and 26307) held by Emmerson Investment, Inc. should be revoked because the Permittee has failed to commence, prosecute with due diligence, and complete the work necessary to appropriate water under the permits, and because the Permittee has not made beneficial use of the water in accordance with the permits, the Water Code, and the State Water Board’s regulations.

• April 8, 2009 – Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing – The State Water Board has canceled the postponed hearing regarding the proposed revocation of License 2329 (Application 1483) held by Golden State Water Company.
• March 30, 2009 – Notice of Petition, Notice of Public Hearing and Pre-Hearing Conference -  The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to the approve California Department of Water Resources (DWR) and United States Bureau of Reclamation's (USBR) petition to consolidate the authorized place of use of the USBR’s permits and license to include the State Water Project (SWP) authorized place of use downstream of the Barker Slough and Harvey Banks Pumping Plants, and the DWR permits to include the Central Valley Project (CVP) and Friant authorized places of use downstream of the confluence of the Sacramento and Feather Rivers petition for change in place of use.

• February 10, 2009 – Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Board held a Public Hearing to Consider Taking an Emergency Drought-Related Water Rights Action on a Petition for Temporary Urgency Change filed by the Department of Water Resources and the United States Bureau of Reclamation Regarding Temporary Relaxation of the February Delta Outflow and the San Joaquin River Flow Objectives In Response to Current Dry Conditions.
