Upper North Fork Feather River Hydroelectric Project, FERC #2105

This Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was developed by the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) to satisfy the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and support the State Water Board's consideration of a Clean Water Act Section 401 water quality certification application as part of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) relicensing of the Upper North Fork Feather River Hydroelectric Project (FERC Project No. 2105). Comments on the Draft EIR and proposed staff recommendation are due by 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Thursday, March 26, 2015.
