Amendments to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Sacramento River and San Joaquin River Basins to delete the parts of the pH objective that limit the change in pH to 0.5 units and the allowance of averaging periods for pH. The amendments also limit turbidity to 2 Nephelometric Turbidity Units (NTUs) when the natural turbidity is less than 1 NTUs. Status: Adopted by the Regional Water Board on 25 October 2007 in Resolution No. R5-2007-0136, 40 KB, PDF (PDF info).
