CEQA Regulations - Proposed Rulemaking
PUBLIC COMMENTS
The State Water Resources Control Board proposes to amend California Code of Regulations,
title 23 division 3, chapter 27 (commencing with section 3720) relating to the implementaton
of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) of 1970. A public hearing was held on February 17, 2010. The following written comments were received.
