Renewal - Orange County Municipal NPDES Storm Water Permit

The April 24, 2009 Public Hearing on the Orange County MS4 permit, Order No. R8-2009-0030, NPDES Permit No. CAS618030, had been continued to the May 22, 2009 Board meeting.  At that May 22nd meeting, the MS4 permit was unanimously adopted by the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board. The final, signed order is below:
