Order No. 01-34, also known as the San Jacinto Permit, and subsequent amendment to this Order, expired January 1, 2006.  Permittees, developers, engineers under this Order were notified November 23, 2005 to obtain coverage under the Statewide Construction General Permit (General Permit), Order No. 99-08-DWQ.  All proposed and ongoing construction activies under the San Jacinto watershed should now be covered by the General Permit.  For more information on the General Permit, please go to SWRCB Construction Storm Water Program Page.
