Clean Water Act Section 401 – Certification and Wetlands Program
CWA 401 BOARD CERTIFICATION ORDERS GENERAL ORDERS
Projects that involve discharges to waters of the State in more than one region are the jurisdiction of the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board). The following certification orders have been issued by the State Water Board for multi-regional projects statewide. Also see Low Impact Development.
