regulatory requirement.
We will also
provide modeling-based
analyses of the
proposed alternative
final covers
with respect to their protectiveness
and a comparison
with the prescriptive
design.

This part will
describe the
types of liner
designs which
are commonly
proposed by waste
dischargers as
alternatives
to the regulatory
requirement.
Also, a brief
evaluation of
analyses regarding
the effectiveness
of alternative
liner design
will be provided.
