CARL A. ELKINS - ADMINISTRATIVE CIVIL LIABILITY (ACL) HEARING
The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence to determine whether to impose Administrative Civil Liability (ACL) against Carl A. Elkins for failure to file a 2010 annual water use report for License 682 (Application 3830) – Mokelumne River in San Joaquin County.
