On March 8, 2016, the Lahontan Water Board Prosecution Team issued Revised Administrative Civil Liability Complaint No. R6T-2016-0008 (Complaint) to Aramark Sports and Entertainment Services, LLC and Travel Systems, LLC (Aramark or Discharger). The Complaint proposes that the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Lahontan Region (Water Board) assess an administrative civil liability against the Discharger in the amount of $4,683.
