  • July 27, 2015 – Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing – The State Water Board has cancelled the Public Hearing to determine whether to issue a Cease and Desist Order and whether to impose Administrative Civil Liability against Flocchini Estate, LLC, and Mr. Andrew J. Flocchini.

  • May 22, 2014 - Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Board will hold a hearing on September 2, and continue, if necessary, on September 3, 2014 to receive evidence to determine whether to impose Administrative Civil Liability and adopt a Cease and Desist Order against Stornetta Family Trust, and Newton Dal Poggetto both in his individual capacity and in his capacity as trustee of the Stornetta Family Trust regarding unauthorized diversion of water and failure to file a Statement of Water Diversion and Use.
  • May 22, 2014 - Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Board will hold a hearing on August 26, and continue, if necessary, on August 27, 2014 to receive evidence relevant to determine whether to impose Administrative Civil Liability and adopt a Cease and Desist Order against the Robert C. Mann 1999 Trust and Robert Mann, both in his individual capacity and in his capacity as trustee of the Robert C. Mann 1999 Trust regarding unauthorized diversion of water and failure to file a Statement of Water Diversion and Use.
  • May 2, 2014 - Notice of Public Hearing – The State Water Board will hold a hearing on July 22, 2014 to receive evidence to determine whether to impose Administrative Civil Liability and adopt a Cease and Desist Order against Younan and Sandra Dawood regarding unauthorized diversion of water and failure to file a Statement of Water Diversion and Use.



2013
  • August 20, 2013 – Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing – The Public Hearing originally scheduled to commence on January 28, 2013, and was rescheduled to commence on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 and continue, if necessary on Wednesday and Thursday, August 14 and 15, 2013, has been cancelled.
  • July 5, 2013 – Notice of Postponement of Public Hearing - The State Water Resources Control Board has postponed the Public Hearing regarding the Proposed Revocation of Permit 11043 (Application 13225) of Monterey County Water Resources Agency, Salinas River, Monterey County.
  • June 11, 2013 – Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing - The State Water Board cancelled the public hearing to determine whether to adopt an Order imposing an ACL for failure to file a Statement upon David Burton, in accordance with the revised Order of Proceedings.
  • May 29, 2013 - Notice of Cancellation and Revised Order of Proceedings for Public Hearing: The State Water Board has cancelled a public hearing to determine whether to adopt an Order imposing an Administrative Civil Liability (ACL) for failure to file a Statement of Water Diversion and Use (Statement) upon David Croft and the DW Croft and GA Croft Family Trust, but the Board will continue with the public hearing to determine whether to adopt an Order imposing an ACL for failure to file a Statement upon David Burton, in accordance with the revised Order of Proceedings.
  • May 22, 2013 - Notice of Release of Revised Draft Report and Opportunity to Comment at a Public Workshop: The State Water has tentatively scheduled a Public Workshop at a Board Meeting in Monterey, California for staff to present a review of a revised draft report on the Monterey Peninsula Water Supply Project (MPWSP).
  • May 14, 2013 – Notice of Rescheduling of Public Hearing (The Public Hearing, originally scheduled to commence on January 28, 2013, has been rescheduled to commence on August 13, 2013; and if necessary, to continue on August 14 & 15, 2013).   • February 7, 2013 – Notice of Rescheduling of Public Hearing - The State Water Board has rescheduled the hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether License 5763 (Application 15679) should be revoked because the Licensee has ceased to put water granted under the license to useful or beneficial purpose and has failed to observe terms and conditions of the license. The rescheduled hearing will commence on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, to be continued, if necessary, on Friday, April 5, 2013

  • December 6, 2012 - Notice of Pubilc Hearing - The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether License 5763 (Application 15679) held by Millview County Water District (Licensee) should be revoked

2011
  • August 19, 2011 – Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing - Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing - The State Water Board canceled the public hearing to receive evidence in determining whether it should approve, subject to terms and conditions, a petition for long-term transfer of 10,000 acre-feet (af) of water under Permit 16482 (Application 17512) from the Department of Water Resources (DWR) to portions of the Westlands Water District (Westlands), the majority of which is served solely by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation’s Central Valley Project. DWR’s petition requests that the long-term transfer be effective from May 1, 2011 through April 30, 2027.

  • November 5, 2010 - Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board or Board) intends to conduct an evidentiary hearing on the pending water right applications: Application 30358A, Davis and UCD, and Application 30358B, City of Woodland.

The meeting on Thursday, March 18, will now be held in Training Room 2 East/West and the meeting for Tuesday, March 30, will be held in Conference Room 1410.
