  • November 16, 2020 – Notice of Public Hearing Under Delegated Authority and Status Conference Ruling – The State Water Board explained that a hearing held according to the Administrative Procedure Act is no longer necessary to consider a petition for partial assignment of State Filed Application (SFA) 5647, the accompanying Application 5647X03 filed by Amador Water Agency, and a request for a partial reversion of rights currently assigned to Jackson Valley Irrigation District under SFA 5648. Instead, a public hearing will be held in accordance with Water Code section 10504.1 under authority delegated to the Deputy Director of the Division of Water Rights.
  • October 16, 2020 – Notice of Cancellation of Hearing Date – The State Water Board previously postponed a hearing to consider a petition for partial assignment of State Filed Application (SFA) 5647 and accompanying Application 5647X03 filed by Amador Water Agency, and a request for a partial reversion of rights currently assigned to Jackson Valley Irrigation District under SFA 5648. The State Water Board provided notice that the hearing would not occur on October 22, 2020.
  • September 23, 2020 – Notice of Postponement of Public Hearing and Notice of Status Conference - The State Water Board postponed a hearing initially scheduled to consider a petition for partial assignment of State Filed Application (SFA) 5647 and accompanying Application 5647X03 filed by Amador Water Agency, and a request for a partial reversion of rights currently assigned to Jackson Valley Irrigation District under SFA 5648. The State Water Board scheduled a status conference on September 25, 2020 for participants to discuss options for moving forward, including whether the hearing should be cancelled and, if not, how the hearing may be streamlined in light of the parties' recent agreements.

The Public Hearing, originally scheduled to commence on September 28, 2020, was rescheduled to commence on September 29, 2020, and continue, if necessary, on September 30, 2020.

Part IA of the hearing is now scheduled to commence on July 26, 2016. Revised Enclosure A is included with this notice and establishes hearing dates for Parts IA and IB for the months of July 2016 through January 2017.
