City of Rolling Hills
The City of Rolling Hills is subject to the baseline requirements in Part VI.D and is required to demonstrate compliance with receiving water limitations pursuant to Part V.A and with applicable interim water quality-based effluent limitations in Part VI.E. The City of Rolling Hills will collaborate with the Palos Verdes Peninsula agencies to develop a Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program per the requirements of the Los Angeles County MS4 Permit; even though, the City of Rolling Hills is not participating with the Palos Verdes Peninsula agencies in the development of an enhanced watershed management program.
Pursuant to Attachment E, Part IV.C.2 of the permit, since the City is not developing a watershed management program, the City must submit an integrated monitoring program addressing monitoring requirements that the City intends to implement individually.
