Project Description: |
The current docks housing Oakland Fire Department and Oakland Police Department's marine response vessels are aging and in disrepair, which has led to extensive repair and maintenance costs as well as significant downtime for these vessels. This proposed project includes the purchase of new floating docks and rehab/replacement of additional existing floating docks. Also, the current permanent dock has had ongoing electrical and plumbing issues that need to be resolved to ensure proper operation of the floating docks and maintenance of the vessels housed there. |
