Highland Road Erosion Repair
The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
In winter 2023, heavy storms resulted in the erosion of the embankment of Highland Road and its shoulder, undercutting and damaging its accompanied guardrail. Highland Road crosses an approximately seven-foot culvert that allows for an intermittent drainage to flow under the roadway within the Project area. |
