| Project Description: |
The basic purpose of the Project is an Age-Qualified Residential Development with affordable age-qualified for sale homes. The overall project purpose is to constrnct a residential development on a site identified in the City's 2023 Housing Element that helps them satisfy their mandated RHNA requirements and meets the local housing demand while complying with applicable land use, environmental, and regulatory requirements. |
