The purpose of the Project is to repair and restore stream and riparian functions adversely. affected by an instream bridge structure, and to provide habitat improvements to offset temporary impacts to Essential Fish Habitat for steelhead and Chinook salmon (salmonids) and direct mortality and/or incidental take as defined in the Endangered Species Act to CFS and steelhead during dewatering and relocation activities within an impaired reach of Upper Sonoma Creek |
