East Bay Plain Groundwater Basin Beneficial Use Evaluation Report, Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, CA (June 1999)

Note : This report is the result of an extensive, multi-agency effort to better understand and improve beneficial use designations for groundwater. For agencies, consultants, businesses, and the public, the report provides a broader context in which to evaluate site-specific cleanup issues in the East Bay Plain. The report is expected to form the basis for future amendments of the Region's Basin Plan.
