  • Notice of Proposed Issuance - Tentative Order No. R9-2018-0022, proposes to amend the biological monitoring requirements of Order No. R9-2015-0002, (NPDES Permit No. CA0107492), Waste Discharge Requirements for the Padre Dam Municipal Water District, Ray Stoyer Water Recycling Facility. Discharge to Sycamore Creek, San Diego County. A copy of Tentative Order No. R9-2018-0022 (Tentative Order) is available below. The Notice of Proposed Issuance below contains instructions on how to submit written comments regarding the Tentative Order. Interested persons wishing to submit comments regarding the Tentative Order must submit them no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2018.   • Notice of Availability - Tentative Order No. R9-2018-0006 proposes the rescission of two individual waste discharge requirements, Order Nos. 93-27 and R9-2007-0046. Upon recession, both Hideaway Lake Mobile Estates and Oak Tree Ranch will be regulated by Order No. WQ 2014-0153-DWQ General Waste Discharge Requirements for Small Domestic Wastewater Treatment Systems. The San Diego Water Board intends to consider adoption of the Tentative Order at the San Diego Water Board meeting on April 11, 2018. Tentative Order No. R9-2018-0003 proposes to reissue NPDES Permit No. CA0107999, Waste Discharge Requirements for the San Elijo Joint Powers Authority, San Elijo Water Reclamation Facility Discharge to the Pacific Ocean through the San Elijo Ocean Outfall. The San Diego Water Board intends to consider adoption of these Tentative Orders at the San Diego Water Board meeting on April 11, 2018.   • Notice of Availability - Tentative Order No. R9-2016-0002 proposes to reissue National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit No. CA0001350 for Cabrillo Power I LLC, Encina Power Station for wastewater discharges to the Pacific Ocean, a Water of the US, and Tentative Order No. R9-2016-0007 proposes to establish interim requirements and a time schedule to comply with requirements established in Order No. R9-2016-0002. The San Diego Water Board intends to consider adoption of these Tentative Orders at the San Diego Water Board meeting on a future date (TBD).
