The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: | The proposed Project would address storm damage to an access road in Alameda County which is used to access the SFPUC’s Hetch Hetchy Water and Power transportation networks and infrastructure. To address erosion concerns along Dry Creek and impacts to the existing access road, the SFPUC proposes to install rock slope protection along the eroded vertical embankment of the tcreek and re-establish the roadway width. |
