Project Description:

The proposed Project includes the development of the approximately 8.71-acre Project Site with multi-family residential units and associated infrastructure including streets and driveways. The Project Purpose and Overall Goal of the proposed activity is to construct an infill development (i.e., develop a vacant or under-utilized parcel within an existing, largely developed, (urban area) within the City of Fairfield (City) to aid in meeting local workforce community demands for multi-family housing. The Project would support the initiative to provide accessible by-design workforce and affordable housing within the vicinity of the San Francisco Bay Area of California.
