Butano Creek Habitat Enhancement at Camp Butano Project
The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
This project will support Central California Coast (CCC) coho salmon (Oncorhynchus kisutch) and CCC steelhead (Oncorhynchus mykiss) recovery by installing two types of large wood features and a backwater alcove to improve habitat conditions for listed species and other aquatic wildlife. |
