Section 401 Water Quality Certification Public Notice
Hornblower Berkeley Marina Dock Maintenance Project
The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. The purpose of the project is to maintain the continued use and safety of an existing floating dock in the Berkeley Marina through the replacement of existing wood piles (which are reaching their end of life) with new steel piles. |
