TLO is undertaking the Martinez Shore Power Project (Project) at the Avon Wharf in Martinez to gain compliance with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) At-Berth Regulation which requires a reduction in the emissions of vessels while docking at ports in California. TLO intends to construct and operate a new shore power system to reduce tanker vessel emissions while at berth. |
