| Project Description: |
SFPP repaired an exposure of the LS-16 within Alameda Creek as part of an emergency project in 2020 by placing riprap over the exposed section of pipeline. To remain in compliance with the conditions outlined in the 2020 permit authorizations, SFPP plans to install a new section of pipeline beneath Alameda Creek via Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) and remove the existing riprap and exposed pipeline section crossing the creek. |
