The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. Project Description:

Livestock water is limited, and the Cooperator would like to improve grazing distribution across the terrain. Project goals include reducing wildfire hazard, improving water quality and wildlife habitat in ponds/creeks/drainages/riparian area, improving grazing distribution for better plant productivity and enhanced soil organic matter, and consistent, year-round water for livestock and wildlife.
