Tunitas Creek Road Mile 2.9 Emergency Slip-out Repair
The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
Tunitas Creek Road is unsupported due to the slip of the road embankment and there is no shoulder remaining. The slip-out was the result of a storm event in December 2025 and was worsened with the early January 2026 storm event. Repair and stabilization is necessary for maintaining the integrity of the roadway, public safety, and access for residents and emergency vehicles. |
