Tentative Orders
An NPDES Permit is being considered for City of Millbrae Water Pollution Control Plant. The permit would regulate the discharge of about 1.5 million gallons per day of treated wastewater to San Francisco Bay.
A Waste Discharge Requirements Permit is being considered for Napa Vallejo Waste Management Authority, American Canyon Class III Soild Waste Disposal Facility, American Canyon, Napa County. The Order would update WDR's to reflect the current closed status of the landfill and update the Self-Monitoring Program for the post-closure period. The San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board will consider this item at its March 12, 2019, meeting. The public comment period is closed.
An NPDES Permit is being considered for City of Palo Alto Regional Water Quality Control Plant and Wastewater Collection System, Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The permit would regulate discharge of treated wastewater to South San Francisco Bay and Matadero Creek. The San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board will consider this item at its April 10, 2019, meeting. Written comments or objections to this action must be submitted no later than March 13, 2019 by 5:00 p.m.
