| Project Description: |
A survey of the existing home was conducted in May 2026 and found that the existing pile-supported overwater deck is in a severely compromising condition and required immediate action to prevent imminent structure failure. Without immediate action, the failing deck was highly likely to fall into Belvedere Cove, within San Francisco Bay. |
