Alameda Zone 7 2025 PL84-99 Project
The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
From December 2022 to March 2023 Alameda County Zone 7 experienced severe flooding during a series of storms. This resulted in many sites being damaged and needing repair, utilizing PL 84-99 program for emergency repairs. USACE is proposing the restoration of 10 sites to pre-disaster conditions. |
