| Project Description: |
As part of the joint Lower Alameda Creek Fish Passage Improvements Project (Project) to reestablish passage of federally threatened Central California Coast steelhead (Oncorhynchus mykiss or O. mykiss) Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (ACFCWCD) seeks to maintain and remove accumulated sediment in the lower BART fish ladder. This fish ladder allows fish to access miles of spawning habitat upstream of these previously inaccessible barriers. |
