City of South El Monte Individual Watershed Management Program

The City of South El Monte has joined the Upper Los Angeles River EWMP Group. In addition, the City of South El Monte is in the process of joining the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program for Upper Los Angeles River EWMP Group and Upper San Gabriel River EWMP Group.
