The City of Vista Storm Water Conveyance System Maintenance Project was originally certified on March 26, 2009 for the City of Vista. It is now amended for the first time on March 11, 2014. The project involves the recurring removal of debris, sedimentation, and vegetation by hand and with equipment around drainage structures throughout the City of Vista. Amendment 1 extends the term an additional 5 years through March 26, 2019.

The Romeria Street Drainage Improvement Project was certified on 03/10/2014 for the City of Carlsbad. The project includes the removal and replacement of an existing concrete lined channel and brow ditch, the repair of a failed slope, and the installation of an all-weather, permanent access ramp and pad to replace the current access. The existing maintenance road will be reseeded and allowed to re-vegetate.

The Soledad Canyon/Sorrento Creek and Flinkote Channel Maintenance Project was certified on 02/28/2014 for the City of San Diego Transportation and Storm Water Department. The project involves the removal of up to 8,000 cubic yards of accumulated vegetation and sediment from the concrete-lined portion of Soledad Canyon/Sorrento Creek Channel (Reach 3) annually, and up to 300 cubic yards of accumulated vegetation and sediment form the concrete-lined 11100 Flintkote Avenue Channel (Reach 7) annually. The project will use clear water diversion structures to divert dry weather flows in the Sorrento Creek Channel around the phased work areas to facilitate channel maintenance. Within Reach 7, crews will vacuum any standing water at the upstream end to capture incoming flows and install temporary check dams at the downstream end of each maintenance section. The normal channel flows will be restored to the original condition upon the completion of the channel maintenance.

The Fender Replacement Project at Piers 4 and 6 was originally certified on 02/18/2014 for Continental Maritime of San Diego. The project involves the replacement of the fender system at piers 4 and 6 at Continental Maritime, which will improve the safety of facilities for docking Naval ships.

The San Vicente Drainage Improvement Project was originally certified on 09/27/2011 for the County of San Diego Department of Public Works. It is now amended for the first time on 02/07/2014. The project consists of drainage improvements on San Vicente Road which will carry storm-water from the east side of San Vicente Road south along San Vicente Road for a distance of 200 feet and outfall 200 feet west of the road. Amendment 1 changes the mitigation site from the Mount Olympus site to the Summit Drive Mitigation site.
