Except for items designated as time certain, there are no set times for agenda items. Items may be taken out of order at the discretion of the Chairman.

1. Roll Call and Introductions

2. PUBLIC FORUM: Any person may address the Regional Board at this time regarding any matter within the jurisdiction of the Board which is not on the agenda. Submission of information in writing is encouraged. Presentations will be limited to three minutes.

3. PUBLIC HEARING: Reissuance of the San Diego County Municipal Storm Water Permit (Tentative Order No. R9-2006-0011, Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges of Urban Runoff from the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) Draining the Watersheds of the County of San Diego, the Incorporated Cities of San Diego County, the San Diego Unified Port District, and the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority) (NPDES Permit No. CAS0108758) (Phil Hammer)

The official public review and comment period for the Tentative Order began March 14, 2006. Written comments or testimony on the Tentative Order should be submitted to the Regional Board as soon as possible, but no later than June 21, 2006. Only written comments or testimony received by 5:00 PM on June 7, 2006 will be provided to the Regional Board members for their consideration prior to the June 21, 2006 public hearing. The Regional Board will receive and consider oral statements at the June 21, 2006 public hearing. Upon conclusion of testimony on June 21, 2006, the current schedule calls for closing the public hearing and comment period.

The Regional Board has made available Tentative Order No. R9-2006-0011 and the corresponding Fact Sheet/Technical Report for public review and comment. The documents, including comments received and responses to comments, are available by request from the Regional Board or at our Website.

4. Executive Session - Discussion of Ongoing Litigation
The Regional Board may meet in closed session to discuss ongoing litigation for the following cases:
