* Note: Public Commentary can be delivered during the Public Forum and should be no more than 3 minutes in duration. Commentary on agendized board items should be provided during that portion of the meeting rather than during the Public Forum. Pending items for upcoming board meetings must be deferred to those respective meetings to allow for public participation.
