The project purpose is to construct a profitable and marketable residential and industrial development in the Dublin area, in a location that will be served by the proposed Dublin Boulevard extension, and where development is proposed and allowable per local general and specific plans such as the Dublin General Plan and Eastern Dublin Specific Plan, as well as Stage 1 Planned Development Zoning. |
