Port of Benicia Dock Emergency Repairs Project
The San Francisco Region Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The emergency is a result of a fire which damaged the wharf, trestle and shiploader at the petroleum coke export dock, which serves as critical infrastructure necessary to allow export from the nearby Valero Benicia Refinery. |
