San Antonio Rd Culvert In kind Replacement
The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The purpose of this project is to replace the existing culvert in kind with a new culvert and then repair the road surface. The existing culvert has completed its surface life and has failed. Furthermore, one end has been crushed as a result of a vehicular accident. Therefore, in addition to replacement, safety end treatments be installed to prevent further accidents. |
