Wharf 3.5 Project-Geotechnical Investigation

| Project Description: |
The Department of the Army (DOA) is proposing implementation of geotechnical borings along the Wharf 3.5 alignment. The geotechnical borings are for the geotechnical design of a new 170,500 sq. ft. Wharf 3.5, intended to support the MOTCO mission. These borings are needed to select a deep foundation design, which involves determining pile dimensions, assessing axial and lateral pile capacity, and understanding and addressing geological risks. |
