On July 15, 2011, the Water Board adopted Resolution No. R8-2011-0037, which modified Resolution No. R8-2007-0024 to revise the TMDL compliance schedule and correct minor grammatical errors. The revised TMDL amendment is Attachment 2 to Resolution No. R8-2011-0037

On September 7, 2007, the Santa Ana Regional Board approved Resolution No. R8-2007-0024, which adopted an amendment to the Basin Plan that incorporates Organochlorine Compounds TMDLs for San Diego Creek, Upper Newport Bay and Lower Newport Bay. The Regional Board approval of Resolution No. R8-2007-0024 also approved the "CEQA Findings of Fact and Statement of Overriding Considerations for the Organochlorine Compounds Total Maximum Daily Loads for San Diego Creek, Upper Newport Bay and Lower Newport Bay Substitute Environmental Document" prepared to satisfy the requirements of Public Resources Code section 21081
