Temporary Conditional Waiver of Statutory Requirements for Management and Disposal of Solid Wastes from the 2003 Wildfires in the San Diego Region. On September 30, 2005, the conditional waiver automatically expired and Dischargers are now obligated to follow the regular statutory requirements for managing wildfire related solid wastes

Addendum 1

Addendum No. 1 to Cleanup and Abatement Order (CAO) No. R9-2005-0259 does the following:

  1. Adds Glenwood Development Co. to the CAO;
  2. Extends the deadline for Directive No. 3 to July 31, 2008; and
  3. Updates the standard directive language.

Cleanup and Abatement Order for Palmilla, LLC and Dendy Real Estate and Investment Co., Inc. Developer failed to file report of waste discharge and Clean Water Act section 401 Water Quality Certification application at the 14 acre commercial development project at the northwest corner of Jackson Ave. and Nutmeg St., Murrieta, California. The CAO contains the following Directives:

  1. Cleanup and abate the effects of the unauthorized discharge;
  2. Comply with the requirements of the statewide General Construction Storm Water Permit;
  3. Restore no less than 1,045 linear feet of wetlands/waters of the State;
  4. Provide no less than 0.5 acres of off-site waters of the State; and
  5. Submit a report documenting that all these actions have been completed.
