Basin Planning and TMDLs
NEW - April 30, 2021: We will initiate the 2021 Triennial Review on April 30, 2021 by providing notice (see notice below) more than 45 days in advance of a June 21, 2021 public workshop. A document describing candidate Basin Planning projects is available for review on the Basin Planning website. We will accept feedback at the June 21 workshop as well as written comments up until and including July 5.

United Technologies Corporation is currently in the process of transferring ownership of approximately 1,521 acres of the western portion of the site (the Coyote Ridge Parcel) to the Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency. This Order rescinds Order No. R2-2015-0025, and amends Order No. R2-2012-0019 to recognize additional property transfer.

Resolutions for Consideration by the Board
The California Department of Transportation (Department) has submitted its Trash Control Implementation Workplan for the San Francisco Bay Region (Workplan) on December 31, 2020. The Workplan is a requirement of Cease and Desist Order No. R2-2019-0007, issued to the Department on February 13, 2019.
